The latest goings on down at the farm

April update | 27.04.11

Thanks to everyone who came to the farm over the Easter weekend. We normally have wet and windy weather for our Easter walks but this year we had glorious sunshine. We had a great day at the Paxford Point to Point on Easter Monday and raised a fantastic £356 for RABI (Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution) by raffling an 8kg rib of beef. Thanks to the organisers for letting us be there and to all of those who donated.

Open Farm Sunday | 27.04.11

We will be opening up on June 12th, 11am to 3pm for Open Farm Sunday, now in it's 6th year. The theme this year is "Discover Life on Britain's Farms". Along with the farm walk, animals, machines, hot dogs and shearing, Garry our butcher will be demonstarting his knife skills in our new cutting room. Watch this space for more details. Entrance is free, dogs welcome, on leads please. We look forward to seeing you there...
